I'm interested in checking out your schematics and source code! :) Assuming you're actually going to keep playing with this (you could make some serious cash selling it :) ), you might want to check out similar things that are already out, for ideas. The Priceless (toysinmotion.com) uses a groved rotating axel for it's thrusting motion, it's pretty cool. I have no idea how Utopex's toy (utopex.com) runs, but it's online enabled, and costs $400 *before* the monthly service fees. :) Neat project!
